A New Taste

 

While most vodkas are distilled from grain, corn and primarily starch-like potatoes, Mother of Pearl Vodka is distilled from premium Australian Pinot Gris grapes from Victoria’s world class Mornington Peninsula.

The grapes are picked late off the vine and distilled through a mature multi-level process with a unique filtration process that creates less heat on the palate, resulting in a smooth neutral base and a subtle creaminess, much like a pearl.  

Our gin is infused with premium Australian botanicals, finger lime, saltbush, Kakadu plum, and sea parsley, delivering a refreshing citrus fragrance and a smooth, balanced finish. Ensuring you experience the spirit of Australia’s coastal beauty in every sip.

Mother of Pearl in partnership with The Melbourne Distilling Co. have teamed up to produce Mother of Pearl. We have developed the unique recipe that is Mother of Pearl, we distil in-house using our dedicated still ELAINE, then finally fill and package ourselves!
